Unhike Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Unhike ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

Unhike organizes and provides trips and treks ("Services"). The specifics of each trip or trek will be communicated to you prior to your participation.

3. Liability Waiver

By participating in any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree that certain risks are inherent to travel and outdoor activities, which could result in physical or emotional injury, death, or damage to yourself, to property, or to third parties. You understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity.

You expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. Your participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and you elect to participate in spite of the risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Unhike, its officers, directors, employees, agents and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with your participation in our Services, including, but not limited to, any negligent acts or omissions by Unhike.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by You

If you cancel your booking:

• More than 3 weeks prior to the hike: 100% refund as Unhike Voucher
• 2 weeks prior to the hike: 50% refund as Unhike Voucher
• 1 week prior to the hike: NO REFUND

For trips/treks (2+ Days):

• 60 days prior to the trip: 100% refund as Unhike voucher
• 30 days prior to the trip: 50% refund as Unhike voucher
• Less than 30 days prior to the trip: NO REFUND

Cancellation on grounds of sickness/ periods: One can transfer the seat to their friend. However, we as organizers
