🎯Day 1
➡️ 09:30 AM: Pick up from Kharadi by-pass
➡️ 09:40 AM: Pick up from (opposite to) Pheonix Marketcity, Viman Nagar
➡️ 10:00 AM: Pick up from Bank of Maharashtra, Shivajinagar
➡️ 10:45 AM: Pick up from Nashik Phata
➡️ 05:00 PM: Reach Campsite. Indulge yourself into tea & light snacks
➡️ 06:00 PM: Witness the mesmerizing sunset at the backwater & click amazing pics for the gram!
➡️ 07:00 PM: Indulge into group activities & mingle with your co-travelers
➡️ 09:00 PM: Enjoy a delicious village style dinner
➡️ 10:00 PM: Head out for a walk in the forest to witness #magical fireflies away from the light pollution
➡️ 10:30 PM: Sit around the bonfire (if permitted by locals) & mingle with your co-travelers
➡️ 11:00 PM: Sleep at will near by the calm lake, under the million stars & fireflies :)
🎯Day 2
➡️ 06:30 AM: Wake up with a splendid sunrise & give your soul the view it deserves
➡️ 07:30 AM: Indulge in delicious breakfast
➡️ 08:30 AM: Enjoy a calm boat ride in the lake (if the water level is too low for boat ride to happen, we will proceed directly towards Sandhan Valley)
➡️ 10:00 AM: Head towards Sandhan Valley
➡️ 11:00 AM: Commence the trek by descending into Sandhan Valley
➡️ 02:30 PM: Reach base & have lunch
➡️ 04:00 PM: Start of return Journey
➡️ 10:00 PM: Reach back to Pune with beautiful memories

While the Bhandardara Fireflies Festival is an incredible event, please note that the visibility of fireflies is subject to weather conditions. Adverse weather may impact the ability to observe fireflies during the festival. However, regardless of firefly sightings, you can still enjoy the stunning natural beauty of Sandhan Valley and explore.

Exclusions
• Any expense of personal nature i.e. packaged drinking water/ tea/ coffee/ cold drinks etc. while travelling.
• Anything not mentioned in Inclusions.
How To Prepare For Adventure
• Carry 2-3 liters of water for the trek & stay hydrated.
• Carry light snacks & fruits for the trek.
• Take out your trek pants, trekking/sports shoes (Mandatory).
• Avoid wearing waterproof trekking in monsoon treks, as the water seeps in during stream crossings & the shoes become heavy.
• Head Torch/ else mobile torch will also suffice.
• Sunscreen.
• Cap for winter/ summer treks & raincoat for monsoon treks.
• Avoid wearing shorts to protect yourself from insect bites.
• Carry your personal medication if any.
• A waterproof cover for you mobile (Monsoon measures not necessary in other seasons).
• Extra Pair of clothes.
• Flip flops for your return journey as your shoes might get wet (expert advise).
⚠️Essential Ethics for responsible & beautiful fireflies sighting:
Respect the Environment: Stick to designated trails and avoid littering to minimize your impact on the local ecosystem.
Keep a Safe Distance: Avoid catching or handling fireflies, as it can harm them and disrupt their mating behavior.
Minimize Light Usage: Keep flashlight use to a minimum to prevent interfering with the fireflies' natural glow.
Be Quiet: Keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing the fireflies and other wildlife in the area.
Be Considerate of Others: Share this magical experience with fellow visitors by giving them space to enjoy the spectacle.
Avoid carrying any deodorants: It messes up the fireflies big time!

Trek Rules
• Age Limit: 8 years and above Kids below 16 years to be accompanied with parents.
• Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited on trek.
• Littering during the trek is prohibited.
• Do not carry valuable things like jewellery or any other things.
• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
• Timings mentioned are based upon prior experiences. However, the timings may vary depending upon external factors such as traffic, group speed, route/ weather conditions etc.
Cancellation And Refunds
In case of cancellation of trek (1D or 1D/1N) :
3 weeks prior to the trek: 100% refund as Unhike Voucher
2 week prior to the trek: 50% refund as Unhike Voucher
1 week prior to the trek: NO REFUND
Cancellation on grounds of sickness/ periods: One can transfer the seat to their friend. However, we as organizers cannot help one find last moment replacement or refund the amount.
No show No Refund
In case of cancellation of trip/trek (2+ Days):
60 days prior to the trip: 100% refund as Unhike voucher
30 days prior to the trip: 50% refund as Unhike voucher
Less than 30 days prior to the trip: NO REFUND

We rarely cancel any of our events. However,
In case we are unbale to meet the minimum number of participants for our event i.e. 12 participants. Unhike reserves the right to cancel the event & refund the "booking amount".
In case of any change/cancellation of the event due to any reasons before departure, Unhike will refund “trek amount” only.
In case of changes/cancellation of the event after departure arising from circumstances amounting to “force majeure” or for any other reason beyond our control, Unhike shall not be liable to refund the amount already deposited. Suitable alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.
