Itinerary
🎯 Day 1
➡️ 04:30 AM: Commencement of trip from Pune : Kharadi bypass/ Pheonix Marketcity, Viman Nagar (at additional ₹50 charge pp, depending upon availability which can be confirmed only on the day of departure, otherwise the pick-up point will be Shivajinagar)
➡️ 05:00 PM: Pick up from Federal Bank, Shivajinagar
➡️ 05:20 AM: Pick up from Pune Okayama Friendship Garden
➡️ 08:30 AM: Reach Base Village, freshen up and have breakfast
➡️ 09:30 AM: Start the easy hike Kaas Plateau and enjoy sightseeing and photography along the way
➡️ 11:30 AM: Depart for Thoseghar waterfall Enjoy panoramic views of the windmill farm en-route.
➡️ 12:30 AM: Arrive at Thoseghar waterfall & admire the breathtaking sight (10 minutes walk is necessary)
➡️ 02:00 PM: Indulge into delicious lunch.
➡️ 04:00 PM: Reach the base of Sajjangad fort and start an easy hike of 30min approx. (Note: 20 seater TT can reach upto the parking. Incase of a 32 seater bus the trek time may increase to 1.5 hours one way)
➡️ 04:30 PM: Enjoy picturesque hills of the Sahyadri range atop Sajjangad fort & let the fort’s historical grandeur mesmerize you
➡️ 07:30 PM: Reach fort base and start return journey towards Pune
➡️ 10:30 PM: Reach Pune tentatively (+/- 1 hour approx.)

Exclusions
• Any expense of personal nature i.e. packaged drinking water/ tea/ coffee/ cold drinks etc. while travelling.
• Any type of Insurance.
• Anything not mentioned in Inclusions.
How To Prepare For Adventure
• Carry 2-3 liters of water for the trek & stay hydrated.
• Carry light snacks & fruits for the trek.
• Take out your trek pants, trekking/sports shoes (Mandatory).
• Avoid wearing waterproof trekking in monsoon treks, as the water seeps in during stream crossings & the shoes become heavy.
• Head Torch/ else mobile torch will also suffice.
• Sunscreen.
• Cap for winter/ summer treks & raincoat for monsoon treks.
• Avoid wearing shorts to protect yourself from insect bites.
• Carry your personal medication if any.
• A waterproof cover for you mobile (Monsoon measures not necessary in other seasons).
• Extra Pair of clothes.
• Flip flops for your return journey as your shoes might get wet (expert advise).

Trek Rules
• Age Limit: Kids above 10 years and below 18 years to be accompanied with parents, and imply same price as adults.
• Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited on trek.
• Littering during the trek is prohibited.
• Do not carry valuable things like jewelry or any other things.
• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
• Timings mentioned are based upon prior experiences. However, the timings may vary depending upon external factors such as traffic, group speed, route/ weather conditions etc.
Cancellation And Refunds
In case of cancellation of trek (1D or 1D/1N) :
3 weeks prior to the trek: 100% refund as Unhike Voucher
2 week prior to the trek: 50% refund as Unhike Voucher
1 week prior to the trek: NO REFUND
Cancellation on grounds of sickness/ periods: One can transfer the seat to their friend. However, we as organizers cannot help one find last moment replacement or refund the amount
No show No Refund
In case of cancellation of trip/trek (2+ Days):
60 days prior to the trip: 100% refund as Unhike voucher
30 days prior to the trip: 50% refund as Unhike voucher
Less than 30 days prior to the trip: NO REFUND

We rarely cancel any of our events. However,
In case we are unbale to meet the minimum number of participants for our event i.e. 12 participants. Unhike reserves the right to cancel the event & refund the "booking amount".
In case of any change/cancellation of the event due to any reasons before departure, Unhike will refund “trek amount” only.
In case of changes/cancellation of the event after departure arising from circumstances amounting to “force majeure” or for any other reason beyond our control, Unhike shall not be liable to refund the amount already deposited. Suitable alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.
