Trip Rules
• Age Limit: 18 years - 38 years.
• Smoking and drinking is prohibited while in transit.
• Unhike and it's organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any Narcotics and Banned Substances during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.
• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed at this tour. Unhike and it's organizers will not be responsible for any person who is found guilty under the Indian Law.
• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any participant anytime without any refund if his/her actions violates any trip rules or incase of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.
• Littering during the trip is prohibited.
• Do not carry valuable things like jewelry or any other things.
• In case of any breakdown or in delay due to the breakdown of the transport in the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired/ alternative suitable arrangements are made.
• Unhike is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident
• Unhike is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic/ mechanical breakdown. Sightseeing/activities of the day may get cancelled if we don't reach the destination on time.
• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage of goods occurring due to the event.
• Trip organizer/coordinator has complete right to change the itinerary as per on the spot condition.
• Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.
• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or mishap occurring due to the event.
• Timings mentioned are based upon prior experiences. However, the timings may vary depending upon external factors such as traffic, group speed, route/ weather conditions etc.
Cancellation And Refunds
In case of cancellation of trek (1D or 1D/1N) :
3 weeks prior to the trek: 100% refund as Unhike Voucher
2 week prior to the trek: 50% refund as Unhike Voucher
1 week prior to the trek: NO REFUND
Cancellation on grounds of sickness/ periods: One can transfer the seat to their friend. However, we as organizers cannot help one find last moment replacement or refund the amount.
No show No Refund
In case of cancellation of trip/trek (2+ Days):
60 days prior to the trip: 100% refund as Unhike voucher
30 days prior to the trip: 50% refund as Unhike voucher
Less than 30 days prior to the trip: NO REFUND

We rarely cancel any of our events. However,
In case we are unbale to meet the minimum number of participants for our event i.e. 12 participants. Unhike reserves the right to cancel the event & refund the "booking amount".
In case of any change/cancellation of the event due to any reasons before departure, Unhike will refund “trek amount” only.
In case of changes/cancellation of the event after departure arising from circumstances amounting to “force majeure” or for any other reason beyond our control, Unhike shall not be liable to refund the amount already deposited. Suitable alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.
