📝 Note: In extreme winter conditions, especially at high altitudes, access to hot water can be limited. To accommodate travelers and maintain hygiene, shared bathrooms with hot water buckets are provided. Trip Rules
• Age Limit: 18+ years
• Smoking and drinking is prohibited while in bus or while among co-travelers
• Littering during the event is prohibited
• Do not carry valuable things like jewelry or any other things
• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event
• Timings mentioned are based upon prior experiences. However, the timings may vary depending upon external factors such as traffic, group speed, route/ weather conditions etc.
Cancellation And Refunds
In case of cancellation of trek (1D or 1D/1N) :
3 weeks prior to the trek: 100% refund as Unhike Voucher
2 week prior to the trek: 50% refund as Unhike Voucher
1 week prior to the trek: NO REFUND
Cancellation on grounds of sickness/ periods: One can transfer the seat to their friend. However, we as organizers cannot help one find last moment replacement or refund the amount.

60 days prior to the trip: 100% refund as Unhike voucher
30 days prior to the trip: 50% refund as Unhike voucher

We rarely cancel any of our events. However,
In case we are unable to meet the minimum number of participants for our event i.e. 7 participants. Unhike reserves the right to cancel the event & refund the "booking amount".
In case of any change/cancellation of the event due to any reasons before departure, Unhike will refund “trek amount” only.
In case of changes/cancellation of the event after departure arising from circumstances amounting to “force majeure” or for any other reason beyond our control, Unhike shall not be liable to refund the amount already deposited. Suitable alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.
