Trip Rules

• Age Limit: 18+ years only

• Smoking and drinking is prohibited while in bus or while among co-travelers

Littering during the event is prohibited

Do not carry valuable things like jewelry or any other things

• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event

• Timings mentioned are based upon prior experiences. However, the timings may vary depending upon external factors such as traffic, group speed, route/ weather conditions etc.

• The sequence of the day-wise itinerary may change depending upon daily tour departure time, re-schedules, restrictions or road blockages. Changes may also occur due to Government regulations, heavy snowfall or any other unforeseen natural or travel-related conditions

• In an event of a vehicle breakdown, extremely bad road conditions or health issue of any participant, the itinerary may be altered keeping in mind the safety concern. All participants are requested to cooperate in such situations

• Incase of any unprecedented spike in the cost of travel, accommodation, government fees, fuel, or other factors beyond the control of the organizer, the additional expenses will be borne by the traveler over and above the original package cost

• In extreme winter conditions, especially at high altitudes, as the water lines freeze, access to hot water can be limited. To accommodate travelers shared bathroom with limited hot water in a bucket may be provided

• Due to the remoteness of the region & extreme weather conditions, certain areas are prone to fluctuations in electricity, water or network. Participants should take a note of the same & have a preparedness for the same

• Road blockages may occur due to heavy snowfall any-time during the entire journey. In such cases, NO REFUND can be provided, keeping in mind that the weather conditions and natural occurrence are beyond the control of humans & the organizers

• In case of any situation of natural occurrence/ flight cancellations/ delays that is beyond the control of the organizers, if any participant needs to stay additional night/s beyond the stipulated itinerary, the cost of accommodation, food, health and other expense will be payable by the participant only

• The organizer ensures to offer maximum possible support, safety and comfort during the trip, but all participants are requested to consider & take note of the possibilities of travelling to a remote region prior to enrolling, as well as stay flexible and cooperative during the trip considering the challenging terrain and weather of the region

Cancellation And Refunds

In case of cancellation of trek (1D or 1D/1N) :

  • 3 weeks prior to the trek: 100% refund as Unhike Voucher

  • 2 week prior to the trek: 50% refund as Unhike Voucher

  • 1 week prior to the trek: NO REFUND

  • Cancellation on grounds of sickness/ periods: One can transfer the seat to their friend. However, we as organizers cannot help one find last moment replacement or refund the amount.

  • No show No Refund


In case of cancellation of trip/trek (2+ Days):

  • 60 days prior to the trip: 100% refund as Unhike voucher

  • 30 days prior to the trip: 50% refund as Unhike voucher

  • Less than 30 days prior to the trip: NO REFUND

  • No show No Refund


We rarely cancel any of our events. However,

  • In case we are unable to meet the minimum number of participants for our event i.e. 7 participants. Unhike reserves the right to cancel the event & refund the "booking amount".

  • In case of any change/cancellation of the event due to any reasons before departure, Unhike will refund “trek amount” only.

  • In case of changes/cancellation of the event after departure arising from circumstances amounting to “force majeure” or for any other reason beyond our control, Unhike shall not be liable to refund the amount already deposited. Suitable alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.
